Dieting

     Many models believe that paper-thin is the way to go. Honestly, it isn't. You still need some meat! If you're going to diet, remember to do it with a few precautions! Maintain a normal amount of weight, too thin and too heavy are both dangerous. Here are some good starter ideas:

  • Dark chocolate (Healthy and delish!)
  • Fruit
  • Iceberg lettuce
  • red/white onion
  • Grilled chicken
  • Almonds
  • (Small amounts of) Cheese
Also, don't be afraid to every once-in-a-while eat some REAL dessert!
